Kamal helps Poonam in taking Aakash to his room. Poonam comforts Aakash. Aakash feels guilty for troubling Poonam. He requests Poonam to support him. Deepak informs Prabhunath that he had given Rs. 5 lakh to Aakash, which he has lost. Aakash requests Ramesh to give him some time, to repay his debt. Ramesh suggests Aakash to sell their ancestral house. Mr. Kapoor arrives at Aakash's house, along with the police, to collect his money.
