恐竜博の化石発掘体験で見つけた化石を「ぜったいに恐竜のたまごだ！」と信じ、『タイムふろしき』で元の状態にもどすのび太。すると、生まれたのはなんと双子の、しかも新種の恐竜だった…！ のび太は２ひきに“キュー”と“ミュー”という名前をつけ、愛情たっぷりに育てる。しかし、やがて現代で育てるには限界が来てしまう…。
ドラえもんに説得されたのび太は、ドラえもんやしずか、ジャイアン、スネ夫たちと6600万年前の白亜紀へと出発。キューとミューの仲間たちをさがすのび太たちを待ち受けていたものとは…！？

Nobita, durante una visita ad un sito che ospita una mostra di fossili di dinosauro, trova per caso un uovo di dinosauro. Con l'aiuto di Doraemon, Nobita riporta l'uovo al suo stato originale e dopo la schiusa vengono alla luce due esemplari di una nuova specie mai classificata. Anche se vorrebbero prendersi cura di loro, il rischio che vengano scoperti e' troppo alto e quindi Nobita e i suoi amici si trovano costretti a riportarli alla loro epoca: il periodo Cretaceo di 66 milioni di anni fa.
