大自然の中に自分たちだけのパラダイスを作り、たっぷり遊んだのび太たちは、いったん戻った現代で、時空乱流（じくうらんりゅう）に巻き込こまれてしまった原始人の少年・ククルと出会う。ククルの家族がいるヒカリ族は、精霊王（せいれいおう）ギガゾンビとクラヤミ族におそわれたという。
ククルとともに原始時代に戻った５人は、ヒカリ族を救うため立ち上がる…！
