Rob and Sean's next job is one they consider stereotypically gay: working in a salon and spa. They meet with Kim McIver, the Division Director for Eveline Charles Academy in Vancouver. Kim tells them that 90% of making a salon/spa customer happy is in customer relations, much of which is covered in the initial customer consultation, which Kim teaches them how to conduct. Then under the instruction of Jessica Robertson and Vanessa Jellis, they are taught how to do three salon treatments: a pedicure, an upper lip wax, and a hair cut of long straight hair.
