Tonight, Helge and Nikolaj are taken to Lolland, where winemaker Preben Jørgensen makes wine in the same way as Italians make amarone wine - he dries the grapes before they are vinified. It is a method that gives: a strong wine, Helge Christmas lights in the eyes and hard work for Nikolaj, who has to lead Lolland through to find goat meat and potatoes.
