Tonight Helge and Nikolaj have gone to Bornholm to taste currants. Actually, the winemaker would rather serve his red wine, but the whole harvest has unfortunately failed. While Helge gets good advice on what kind of grapes you should not use in Denmark, Nikolaj makes a men's meal of mutton and blue cheese.
