    Davina introduces her workout programme, Toned in 10 which is comprised of ten different sections which you can piece together to create your own bespoke workouts.

  • S01E02 Blend 1, Warm Up

    Self explanatory but essential to do. Always make sure your body is warmed up before you exercise. You don't have to do the whole thing if you are short for time, but try for at least five minutes prior to working out. Warming up will enable your body to work stronger, faster and better.

  • S01E03 Blend 2, Strength and Resist

    This blend works all the muscles in the legs, from your glutes (bottom) down to your feet. You are using the resistance of your own body to build strength in the lower body.

  • S01E04 Blend 3, Flex and Flow

    This blend works on the flexibility of the limbs through a flowing series of movement. While working on flexibility we are also working on core strength as you stabilise the body throughout the workout.

  • S01E05 Blend 4, Power Box

    This is a cardio burst with upper body strengthening and toning at the same time. As your heart rate increases you will build up your cardiovascular strength. As you build up a sweat the calories will begin to burn, too!

  • S01E06 Blend 5, Tone and Define

    The small focused movements will allow specific muscles (particularly in the bottom) to become more toned and therefore create definition in the muscles. There is also a strong core strengthening element to this blend as the focus is also on the abdominal area.

    10 to 15 minutes of "High Intensity Interval Training" burns more calories than jogging on a treadmill for an hour! HIIT training can help increase speed, power, endurance and metabolic rate therefore helping you burn fat faster.

  • S01E08 Blend 7, Arms

    This arms and upper body focused Blend will not only build strength in the arms and upper body area but will work on defining and toning the arms for sleek, lengthened looking arms.

  • S01E09 Blend 8, Glutes

    This Blend works all the muscles groups in the bottom and into the legs and the core. It works on strengthening and lifting the muscles to create a toned and defined bottom!

  • S01E10 Blend 9, Abs

    This Blend is an abdominal focused workout. The small movements work the Abs from the inside out so building the core strength that we need in our day to day lives and working towards creating a toned and defined tummy.

  • S01E11 Blend 10, Cool Down

    It is essential to stretch out and cool down after exercise. The body needs time for muscles to heal and lengthen and allow the breathing and heart rate to get back to a normal level. A good cool down will enable your body to work stronger, faster and better.
