Es gibt einen Plätzchen-Wettstreit, Touka bekommt einen neuen Wohnort zugewiesen, und Shidou bekommt den Auftrag, mit einem neuen Geister-Mädchen ein Date zu haben. Was Touka wohl davon denkt?
Shido meets Yoshino for the first time while running through a shrine on a rainy, ill-forecasted day. Believing her to be just a girl, he goes on about his way. At school, Tohka has made cookies and competes with Origami for Shido's attention. Arriving home, Shido learns that Tohka will be living in his house since he has sealed her powers. Kotori explains that it is also training as Shido still has to assist in sealing more spirits. Later, as a spacequake alarm goes off during school, Shido heads out to find it is Yoshino that is the cause. Tohka is left in the shelter while Shido goes out to meet Yoshino only to have Tohka follow him and witness the two accidentally having kissed. Tohka retrieves her powers from Shido but only to provoke Yoshino who attacks while leaving.
天気予報を裏切る雨の神社、士道は水たまりで遊ぶひとりの少女と出合った。
どこか儚げで、何かに怯えているような様子の少女。
そこから数日、空間震と共に現れた、識別名"ハーミット"と呼ばれた精霊は、
神社で士道が会ったあの少女だった。
토오카는 전학 온 것도 모자라 당분간 시도네 집에서 함께 지내게 되었다.
그런데 다음날, 공간진 경보가 발령되고 또 다른 정령이 출현하는데...
시도는 그 조그만 여자애를 구하기 위해서 조심스럽게 접근한다.
Shido conoce a Yoshino por primera vez mientras corre por un santuario en un día lluvioso y mal pronosticado. Creyendo que ella es solo una niña, continúa su camino. En la escuela, Tohka ha hecho galletas y compite con Origami por la atención de Shido. Al llegar a casa, Shido se entera de que Tohka vivirá en su casa ya que ha sellado sus poderes.
Nonostante i poteri di Tohka siano stati sigillati, Kotori gli spiega che dovrà comunque continuare il suo addestramento, perché ci sono anche altri spiriti.
