ลมเล่นไฟ พระพายพัด หรือ พระพาย (เชอรี่ เข็มอัปสร) ศัลยแพทย์หัวใจ แต่งงานกับ ธราดล หรือ ดิน (อาเล็ก ธีรเดช) วิศวกรระบบรถไฟฟ้า ที่รู้จักกันมาตั้งแต่เรียนมหาวิทยาลัยจนมีลูกสาวอายุ 3 ขวบ ชื่อ น้ำไนล์ (ฮิมาวาริ ทาจิริ) หลังจากเริ่มต้นเป็นหมอและแม่ พระพายหายใจเข้าเป็นคนไข้และลูก จนหลงลืมหน้าที่ภรรยา บวกกับความเป็น Perfectionism ทำให้พระพายกับดินมีปากเสียงอยู่บ่อยครั้ง ในวันครบรอบแต่งงานดินเตรียมของขวัญเซอร์ไพรส์ภรรยาพร้อมดินเนอร์โรแมนติก แต่กลับเกิดเหตุการณ์ที่ทำให้ชีวิตคู่ของดินกับพระพายต้องเกิดรอยร้าว
Phraphai is a skilled heart surgeon married to electrical engineer Din. The two have known each other since university and now have a three-year-old daughter named Namnile. Since becoming a doctor and mother, Phraphai has little left over for romance.
Din is a romantic. He wants time with his wife, but Phraphai isn't able to give it. In a drunken state, he slips up and sleeps with Frame. To Frame, however, it wasn't a mistake. She wants more. She plans ways to make Din break things off with his wife, but Phraphai is clever. She finds out what took place and gives Din an ultimatum, only further igniting Frame's fire. From there, a full-on war of love kicks off.

Phraphai é uma habilidosa cirurgiã cardíaca casada com o engenheiro elétrico Din. Os dois se conhecem desde a universidade e agora têm uma filha de três anos chamada Namnile. Desde que se tornou médica e mãe, Phraphai tem pouco tempo para romance. Din é romântico e deseja passar mais tempo com a esposa, mas Phraphai não consegue proporcionar isso. Num estado de embriaguez, ele comete um deslize e dorme com Frame. No entanto, para Frame, não foi um erro. Ela quer mais. Ela planeja maneiras de fazer Din terminar as coisas com sua esposa, mas Phraphai é astuta. Ela descobre o que aconteceu e dá a Din um ultimato, só aumentando o fogo de Frame. A partir daí, uma guerra de amor total se inicia.
