All over the world, a mysterious blue beast has been wrecking havoc. 005 travels to his home land, and in the desert is confronted by the monster, who he believes is a cyborb created by Black Ghost. He fights him, learning of the blue beast's cruel intentions for human kind.
세계 각지에서 끊임없이 기이한 사건이 터진다. 사건 현장엔 온몸에 푸른빛이 감도는 야수 한 마리가 반드시 나타난다는 사실이 밝혀진다. 고향 그랜드캐니언을 찾아간 005 앞에 나타난 푸른 짐승은 병든 지구를 구하기 위해서 싸우는 것이라고 강조한다.
