Nao Miyaji (Yoko Maki ) lives with her husband Nobuyuki (Shohei Uno) and her son. To make her son as happy as possible, she works part time, so that she can buy many delicious food ingredients for dinner. These kind of ordinary days makes her happy and satisfied with life. However, one day, Nao gets scouted by a famous fashion magazine ‘Vanity,’ and gets pulled into a world of competition and rivalry. This offer is something that Nao doesn’t look forward to, however, her female counterparts gradually help her out on this journey. Will Nao make it in the fashion industry and which direction will ‘Cecil’ with in her allure her?
After the last episode, Nao Miyaji (Yoko Maki) decides that she will pursue a career in modelling for magazines, with a helping hand from the free writer Eri Okita (Ayumi Ito) and cameraman Kohei Yamagami (Nobuaki Kaneko). One day, Nao gets invited to one of her modelling co-worker, Yukako Hamaguchi’s (Michiko Kichise) house. When she goes to her big mansion house, she gets blown away from the grandness of her house. However, her excitement soon levels out, knowing that her son goes to the same school as hers. She gradually becomes the person to rely on, in order to help her make it in the new industry. She simply admires her. However, within this backdrop, two of the models from ‘VANITY’ gets into a sudden argument almost heading towards a fist fight.
As two of the models from the fashion magazine ‘Vanity’ are fired for causing trouble, Nao (Yoko Maki) tries to take this as an opportunity. However, as Yukako (Michiko Kichise) becomes ill, filming which was planned gets cancelled. Things get a little hectic as they all try to look for Yukako’s potential replacement, in case she’s unable to make the filming reschedule.
