Durch diese Telefonate muss der Bau ständig unterbrochen werden, was Baggi und Buddel nervt. Sie graben einfach weiter. Baggi ist erst zu stoppen, als er auf ein altes Gemäuer stößt. Der Archäologe Prof. Khan erkennt sofort, dass hier eine römische Festung gewesen sein muss. Da nicht weitergebaut werden kann, bis die Ausgrabungen abgeschlossen sind, beschließt Bob eine Zuschauerrampe um das Gelände zu bauen. Vor den Fernsehkameras erklärt Bürgermeisterin Baugroß stolz, was dieser Fund für Hochhausen bedeutet.

When Scoop and Muck engage in an on-site digging challenge against each other, Scoop makes an unexpected find. Bob calls an archaeologist, who announces that the discovery is Roman ruins, and the building is halted while the site is excavated. This event prompts an educational experience for the team as they learn about ancient tools. Bob and the team construct a viewing platform/walkway over the ruins so that people can safely watch the dig unfold.
