Ichigo and company keep an eye on Ishida at the hospital. When Ishida is attacked by two Bount who can control water, Ichigo and company try to break out of the closed hosiptal.

Uryu liegt im Krankenhaus, seine Freunde halten bei ihm Wache. Plötzlich werden sie aus allen Ecken von seltsamen Kreationen aus Wasser angegriffen, die von zwei fiesen Bount-Typen gesteuert werden.
En una visita a Uryu al hospital, Ichigo y Rukia deben luchar contra un torrente de agua proveniente de dos malévolos Bounts.
バウントの攻撃で負傷した石田は、空座総合病院に入院することになった。敵の狙いがクインシーであることを知った一護達は、石田を守るために病院に留まる。何事もなく時間が過ぎていくかと思われたその時、石田の病室の水道から勢い良く水が流れ出す。水のドール・ギュンターとグールを操る双子のバウント・鵬（ほう）と磐（ばん）が襲ってきたのだ。ギュンターとグールの攻撃から必死に逃げる一護達。しかし、2人の猛攻に次第に追い詰められていく。
