2回戦の第1試合はケンタVSベンケイ。しかし開始直前、組み合わせ表に異変が生じてしまう。何と大道寺が、一度決まった組み合わせを入れ替えてしまったのだ。この結果、第1試合はキョウヤとベンケイの戦いに…。
After a switch in the pairings Kyouya is now battling Benkei, much to Tsubasa's delight as he now is battling Ryouga. Kyouya wins his battle but Benkei is pleased to have shown his old master his true strength. Meanwhile Ginga battles Ryutaro who, after watching the other Dark Nebula members fall at the hands of Ryouga, knows he is battling for his life. Ryutaro predicts a dark future for the world at the mercy of L-Drago, but after Ginga wins his predition changes and he accepts his fait. After the battle, the others discuss the predition Ryutaro mentioned to Ginga when an injured Yu stumbles in looking for Kenta and Ginga.
Changement d'ordre d'adversaire à l'Ultime Bataille : Kyoya VS Benkei, Ryutaro VS Gingka, Reiji VS Kenta, Ryuga VS Tsubasa. Kyoya et Benkei s'affrontent. C'est Kyoya qui gagne. Ensuite, Ryutaro et Pisces font de leur mieux mais Gingka gagne. Après les deux combats, Yu, qui a réussi à s'échapper de la Nébuleuse noire, les rejoint faiblement.
El maestro de ceremonias Doji, ejerce su derecho de cambiar el orden de los que lucha, que, lo que exaspera Gingka y sus amigos. Quien se niegue a seguir sus reglas, será descalificado. En el partido con Kyoya, que es honrado, Benkei lo ve como una buena pelea inesperada, sin embargo al final, Kyoya gana la batalla.
