Catwoman stiehlt eine wertvolle Kette, um damit den Kauf von Land für ein Berglöwenreservat zu finanzieren. Im Verlauf ihrer Flucht trifft sie auf Batman und fühlt sich von ihm unwiderstehlich angezogen. Später hat Bruce Wayne eine Verabredung mit Selina Kyle, Catwomans Alter Ego, und ist hingerissen von der Frau. Während sich zwischen den beiden eine Romanze entwickelt, erfährt Selina, daß ihr das Land, das sie kaufen wollte, von einem geheimnisvollen Kartell weggeschnappt wurde, obwohl die Gründe für den Erwerb keinen Sinn ergeben. Nachdem sie sich in das Hauptquartier eingeschleust hat, entdeckt Catwoman, daß sich in einem Berg auf dem Gelände eine militärische Anlage befindet. Wie sich herausstellt, hat das Kartell nur die Vorzeigefunktion für eine internationale Terroristengruppe unter der Leitung einer geheimnisvollen Frau namens Red Claw. Die Gruppe benutzt das Land als Sammelplatz. Batman findet heraus, daß Catwoman sich in Gefahr befindet, obwohl ihr das nicht bewußt ist.
Batman encounters a new cat burglar, Catwoman, and around the same time, meets a woman named Selina Kyle (as Bruce Wayne), to whom he is visibly attracted. When Selina runs into trouble with a terrorist cartel known as The Red Claw (who wants the mountain lion sanctuary she was trying to protect), she decides to take matters into her own hands and investigate.
Lors d’un cambriolage, Catwoman rencontre Batman par lequel elle se sent immédiatement attirée. Plus tard, Bruce Wayne rencontre Selina Kyle pour qui il éprouve très vite des sentiments. Mais Catwoman et Selina ne sont en vérité qu’une seule et même personne…
Batman è sulle tracce di una ladra vestita da gatta e contemporaneamente Bruce Wayne conosce l'animalista Selina Kyle; la donna è interessata a trasformare un terreno desertico in una riserva naturale, mentre una multinazionale vuole costruirci sopra un centro alberghiero; in realtà è solo una copertura per utilizzare l'area per dare dimostrazione della potenza di un virus rubato all'esercito dall'organizzazione terroristica "Artiglio Rosso".
Batman enfrenta uma ladra sedutora e muito ágil conhecida como Mulher Gato. Ele consegue apanhá-la, mas por sentir atração por ela, não consegue prendê-la e aproveitando-se disso, a Mulher Gato consegue escapar. Ao mesmo tempo, Bruce Wayne conhece uma mulher chamada Selina Kyle, por quem ele acaba se apaixonando. Mas Selina, está apaixonada apenas por Batman e vê Bruce apenas como um amigo, sem perceber que os dois são a mesma pessoa. Então, surge um grupo terrorista liderado por uma criminosa conhecida como Garra Vermelha.
En medio de la atracción existente entre Catwoman y Batman, Selina encuentra pruebas de la existencia de una instalación militar subterránea en el lugar donde se planea construir un condominio. Como resultado concluye que detrás de todo esto se encuentra un grupo terrorista internacional encabezado por Garra Roja, una misteriosa mujer.
