櫻田社長（坂東彌十郎）の秘書を務める末松（福田ユミ）が、ある日バントマンの作戦室にやって来る。櫻田のドライバーである茂上（佐野史郎）が、縁石に車をぶつけるといった接触事故を何度か起こしたというのだ。
櫻田の身を案じ、大きな事故を起こす前に契約を打ち切りたいと相談する末松。しかし自らもドラゴンズとの契約を打ち切られた経験がある大翔（鈴木伸之）は気が乗らない。
さらにバントマンたちが調査を進めると、茂上には意外な過去が隠されていたことが分かるのだった。
One day, Suematsu (Fukuda Yumi), secretary to President Sakurada (Bando Yajuro), comes to the buntman's strategy room. Sakurada's driver, Mogami (Sano Shiro), has had several collisions, including crashing his car into a curb. Worried about Sakurada's safety, Suematsu discusses terminating his contract before a serious accident occurs. However, Hiroto (Suzuki Nobuyuki), who himself had his contract terminated with the Dragons, doesn't agree. As the buntman team continues their investigation, they discover that Mogami has a surprising hidden past.
