Laurels Schwester Sara ist als maskierte Heldin Black Canary nach Starling City zurückgekehrt. Als Felicity eine Spur des Killers zurückverfolgen kann und seinen Aufenthaltsort herausfindet, beschließt Officer Lance seine Tochter im Kampf gegen die „League of Assassins“ zu unterstützen. While Oliver tends to the Canary’s wounds, he tries to get her to talk about where she came from but she refuses. However, after Oliver and the Canary are attacked at the Queen mansion by a trained killer from the League of Assassins, she confesses to how she’s connected with the nefarious group. Meanwhile with Moira facing multiple counts of murder and conspiracy for her part in the destruction of The Glades, the Assistant District Attorney offers her a choice – plead guilty now and avoid the death penalty or take your chances in court. Thea begs her mother to fight for her life but Moira seems resolute about taking the offer. Meanwhile, Oliver is furious with Laurel for joining the prosecution’s team on his mother’s case.

Oliver ospita Sara in casa sua, cercando di convincerla in tutti i modi a rivelare a Lance e Laurel che lei è ancora viva. Tuttavia la ragazza si rifiuta e durante la discussione, arriva in casa Queen un guerriero vestito come Malcom Merlin che attacca entrambi. Così riesce ad uccidere il guerriero e manda un altro a far sapere ai suoi capi di non voler tornare nella Lega. Infine fa promettere a suo padre di non rivelare né a Laurel né a sua madre di essere ancora viva, altrimenti sarebbero state continuamente in pericolo. In un flashback intanto si vede in che modo Sara è sopravvissuta dopo l'affondamento del Gambit e come sia stata presa sotto l'ala protettrice del dottor Ivo che le ha insegnato a combattere e l'ha fatta entrare nella Lega degli Assassini arrivando persino a torturare Oliver quando era stato catturato e rinchiuso in gabbia.
