Andy Carr y su familia acaban de mudarse a la vieja casa de su tío. Mientras Andy ayuda a su mamá a desempacar, baja al tenebroso sótano donde escucha ruidos extraños. Su hermana lo acusa de ser un miedoso y temerle a la oscuridad, pero ella no sabe todo lo que está pasando ahí.
