Recruit is introduced to the other people living under the bridge. He finds out from Sister that the rest of the inhabitants want to kick his ass for being Nino's lover.

河川敷の掟に従い自称河童の村長に「リクルート」と命名された行。 自分の状況に激しく自問自答しながらも河川敷で暮らす準備を進める。そして恋人になった自称金星人のニノの奇行にはとまどいを感じながらも、徐々に彼女を意識し始める。 そんなリクを迎えて河川敷の住人たちが歓迎会を開くことになり・・・。

Recluta se presenta a las otras personas que viven debajo del puente. Se entera por la Hermana que el resto de los habitantes quieren patearle el trasero por ser el amante de Nino.

하천 부지의 규칙에 따라 자칭 캇파인 촌장에게 「리크루트」라고 명명된 코우. 자신의 상황에 격렬하게 자문자답하면서도 하천 부지에서 생활할 준비를 진행시킨다. 그리고 연인이 된 자칭 금성인 니노의 기행에는 어리둥절해 하면서도 서서히 그녀를 의식하기 시작한다. 그런 리쿠르트를 맞이해 하천 부지의 거주자들이 환영회를 열게 되는데….
