Taku fühlt hilft Haru Level 2 zu erklimmen. Doch dabei läuft was schief. Beide überlegen, wie sie das Problem lösen. Taku hat eine Idee, die Haru mit dem Mädchen Akira Himi in Kontakt bringt.
After Haru and Takumu reveal everything to Chiyuri, who doesn't take it too well, the two begin training to work as a tag team. Haru earns enough points to upgrade to level 2, though in his haste, he upgrades too early and is left with a low amount of Burst Points as a result. Takumu offers to share some of his points with Haru, but he declines, saying it would take all the honor out of fighting. Afterwards, the two go over to Chiyuri's where they eat ice cream together and explain to Chiyuri about Brain Burst. It is here where Takumu gets the idea to have Haru hire a bodyguard known as Aqua Current to protect him until he gets his points up. As Haru goes through the procedures to hire Aqua, he inadvertantly discovers it is actually a girl. As Haru discusses things with Aqua, Takumu meets with Kuroyukihime, who activates her Burst Link.
Haru racconta tutto a Chiyuri, riuscendo, poi, a farsi perdonare insieme a Takumu. Quest’ultimo diventa, temporaneamente, il compagno di Haru nelle battaglie di coppia, per permettergli di raggiungere il livello 2. Riesce anche ad abbandonare la sua vecchia fazione, la Legione Blu, senza particolari ritorsioni, grazie alla volontà del Re Blu, e quindi a unirsi alla nuova Legione Nera. Intanto Haru commette un grave errore, dato che accetta di salire di livello subito senza guardare bene ai requisiti necessari. Egli infatti perde quasi tutti i suoi punti, quando invece avrebbe dovuto aspettare per accumularne di più con ulteriori scontri. Essendo stato quindi troppo impulsivo, Haru è costretto a chiedere aiuto a un misterioso Burst Linker, Aqua Current.

タクムは青のレギオンから脱退し、ハルユキとタッグを組んでレベルアップにいそしんでいた。
黒雪姫が治療に専念している間、順調に成長していたハルユキだったが、あるミスを犯したことで、バーストポイント全損の危機に陥ってしまう。
それを受けたタクムは、用心棒を雇うことを提案する。
しかし、そのためには風変わりな条件を受け入れることが必要で・・・。
Después de Haru y Takumu revelan todo para Chiyuri, que no se toma demasiado bien, los dos comienzan la formación para el trabajo como un equipo de la etiqueta. Haru gana suficientes puntos para mejorar el nivel 2, aunque en su prisa, se eleva demasiado pronto y se queda con una baja cantidad de puntos como resultado de la explosión. Takumu ofrece compartir algunos de sus puntos con Haru, pero se niega, diciendo que tomaría todo el honor de la lucha.
