退去強制という入管の裁定を覆すには、裁判に勝たなくてはならない。しかしそれは非常に厳しい道だった。ミユキ（優香）は入管を退職した上原（吉岡秀隆）を訪ねる。事態は膠（こう）着し、仮放免が認められないクマラ（オミラ・シャクティ）は、健康を害して倒れてしまう。マヤ（伊東蒼）は自分たちが真の家族であることを証すために、自ら裁判の証人になると申し出る。
In order to overturn the deportation order from the Immigration Services Bureau, the family must win a court battle. However, an extremely difficult road lies ahead. Miyuki visits Uehara, who has quit his job at the Bureau. The situation reaches a stalemate, and with provisional release once again rejected, Kumara collapses due to poor health. Wanting to prove that her family is genuine, Maya asks to appear as a witness in court.
