ミユキ（優香）は、オーバーステイで入管に収容されたクマラ（オミラ・シャクティ）の退去強制を覆そうと奔走する。しかし入管職員の上原（吉岡秀隆）は決定事項であることを淡々と告げる。仮放免の許可も下りず途方に暮れるミユキとマヤ（伊東蒼）。弁護士の恵（滝藤賢一）は、クマラを救うためには、ミユキとの結婚が在留資格のための偽装などではなく、本当に３人が望んで家族になったのだと裁判で証明するしかないという。
Kumara has been detained for overstay and given a deportation order, which Miyuki makes every attempt to overturn. However, Immigration Services Bureau employee Uehara blandly informs her that the decision is settled. With even provisional release rejected, Miyuki and Maya are at a loss. Lawyer Megumi tells them that to help Kumara, they must prove in court that his marriage with Miyuki was not simply to get a visa, and that the three of them were the family they wished to be.
