会社員の豊は、幼い頃の出来事で人と食事をするのが苦手。食事はいつも一人で、メニューは決まって手作りのばくだんおにぎりとスーパーの惣菜。ある日、いつものように公園で昼食をとろうとしていると、幼い男の子・種が豊のおにぎりを欲しがるので、分けてあげることに。翌日、種と兄・穣が謝りに来るのだが、種が豊のおにぎりをあまりにも美味しいと言うので、穣はおにぎりの作り方を教えてやって欲しいと豊に頼む。戸惑いながらも彼らの家を訪れた豊。3人で一緒におにぎりを作り、食べることに――。
While having lunch alone, Hozumi accidentally meets the cheerful brothers Minoru and Tane, and the three of them get together to make rice balls over a holiday.
