義足のボクサーとしてリングに復帰することを望む七音は、入院して以来、一向に病院に姿を現わさない正治（平山祐介）の元を訪ね、トレーナーを継続してもらおうと考える。しかし、七音に再起の見込みがないと考えた正治は彼女を見限り、新たに有望な選手として幼い少女を迎え入れていた。その裏切りに激怒した七音は正治と拳を交える。一方、七音のことを「ドレミ」と呼ぶ謎の女性・鸞（霧島れいか）が病院にやって来るが……。

Hoping to return to the ring as a boxer with a prosthetic leg, Nao visits Masaharu, who has not been seen at the hospital since her hospitalization, and hopes that he will continue to train her. However, Masaharu, who sees no hope for Nao's recovery, gives up on her and brings in a young girl as a new promising athlete. Furious at his betrayal, Nao gets into a fistfight with him. Meanwhile, a mysterious woman named Ran arrives at the hospital.
