ある日、流通グループの戸田山社長（穂積隆信）が殺される。戸田山は食品偽装問題の渦中におりマスコミは大騒ぎである。しかも発見者は徳之助の上司・安達（岡本信人）の息子・孝昭だった。徳之助は孝昭の持っていた弁当に何かを感じ、周辺を調べ始める。
One day, President Todayama of the distribution group is killed. Todayama is in the midst of the food fraud problem and the media is in a fuss.
