Als eine Bankräuberbande ihre Beute samt Dynamit in Piffs nagelneuem Hot-Dog-Stand versteckt, gerät Piff in größte Schwierigkeiten. Ehe er sich's versieht, fällt der Verdacht der Polizei auf ihn. Tag und Nacht wird er beschattet. Aber es kommt noch schlimmer.
