Julia Schöning is a German jounalist and TV presenter. From 1994 to 2003 she studied Art history and German studies at Ruhr-Univerität Bochum. Schöning started a editorial department traineeship in 2000 at the WDR. There she was working as reporter for "ARD Morgenmagazin" and "Zimmer frei!". From 2010 to 2011 she was a presenter of "Planet Wissen". Since 2017 she is a radio presenter on WDR 5 and works as a writer for TV magazines, e.g. "Frau TV". Since 2020 she occasionally works for ARD-Moma.
