Ishimura Tomoko is a voice actress (seiyuu) born in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. She was formerly credited as Hiiragi Mifuyu and Tsuruno Kyouko. She is the only actor to have played the role of Luna in the Sailor Moon musicals (in 1993-1994).
