Ogawa Shinji (real name Ogawa Haruhiko, 小川 治彦) was born February 19, 1941 in Setagaya, Tokyo, Japan. He was a voice actor (seiyuu) and actor formerly affiliated with Office Osawa. He is best known as the dubover artist for Michael Douglas and Timothy Dalton, and for voicing Hyou in Fist of the North Star.
