Sarah Carter, known for her acting career, made her feature directorial debut with In Her Name at Tribeca 2022. Born in Canada and trained in arts at Ryerson University, she rose quickly in Los Angeles with roles in Shark and Rogue. Beyond acting, she’s a practicing Buddhist, trained in core energetics, a student of Clarissa Pinkola Estés, and applies her mystic background to her work. She's also a singer in the band SanguinDrake and a devoted mother.
