A car installed with a newly developed engine is entered into a race, and Hikaru is chosen as the driver. Prior to the race, Hikaru takes the car on a test run, when he discovers the breaks fail to work. Even after transforming into Zone Fighter, he finds himself unable to escape from the vehicle.
