正当防卫

市检察院资深检察官段鸿山在办理“被家暴女性杀夫”案件时，省检察院青年检察官方灵渊被任派协助办案。两人办案过程中，发现案件与十四年前段鸿山办理的李沐风、梅筝、江婷经历的“校园防卫过当案”息息相关，二人以事实为根据，以法律为准绳，综合考量“天理、人情、国法”，最终给予案件准确定性的故事。
