Duydukları ile ortalığı yangın yerine çeviren Civan, Cenk’i karşısında bulduğunda artık ok yaydan çıkmıştır. Agâh testin sonucu ile Civan’ın önüne geçerken, Ceren durumun şaşkınlığını yaşar. Cemre, Cenk’in bıraktığı mektubun peşine düşer. Cenk mektubun annesi tarafından alınmış olduğunu düşünürken, mektubu okuyan kişi beklemediği anda karşısına çıkacaktır. Şeniz tüm gücüyle Agah‘ın üzerine esmek için hazırlanmaktadır. Agah tüm bu karmaşadan uzakta yeğeninin gün geçtikçe iyileşmesini izler. Agah’ın bilmediği ise Nedim’in doktorunun Cemreyi zor bir karar aşamasında bıraktığıdır.
