Out of nowhere, the person who has assaulted Chancellor Sheppard appears. The person is Makoto Inotsume, a wielder of the Psycho-Style, which was created around the same time as its rival, Cyber-Style. His goal has been to defeat the Cyber-Style to make Psycho-Style the main-style school. In order to achieve his objective, he challenges the weakened Zane Truesdale, and they face-off.
突然、鮫島校長を襲った者が現れた。その人物とは、サイバー流とほぼ同時にできた流派・サイコ流を操る男・猪爪誠。彼の目的は、サイコ流を主流流派にすること。そのため、サイバー流元師範の鮫島を倒したのだった。
Un helicóptero que transportaba al canciller Sheppard se estrelló en una pequeña isla mientras se dirigía a la Academia de Duelos. Mientras el piloto pide ayuda, Sheppard tiene un Duelo con su misterioso atacante, pero pierde después que su "Cíber Ogro" es destruido. Su adversario comenta que las habilidades de Sheppard no eran impresionantes, a pesar de ser el maestro formal del Ciber Estilo. Se presenta como Makoto Inotsume, un practicante del Psico Estilo y afirma que su verdadero objetivo es el actual maestro del Ciber Estilo, Zane Truesdale. Aunque se cree que ha desaparecido, Inotsume cree que Zane está vivo.
