Khushi leaves her house for her new music launch. Shortly, Abhir's mother also reaches Khushi's house to pick Abhir up. When Khushi reaches the function, she is surprised to find Abhir at the function too. Abhir tells Khushi that this function is hosted by his father, Pratap Dharamadhikari. Khushi is shocked to hear this and thinks that Abhir might not leave a chance to create a scene here. Meanwhile, Kartik along with his neighbour, is waiting to watch Khushi's music launch on the television.
Abhir and Survi get out of a room and are confronted by the media, holding cameras. Abhir has lipstick marks around his mouth and cheeks and this puts Survi in a critical situation where she has no answers for the situation she is in. Meanwhile, Kartik is watching the live feed of Survi and Abhir and is confused thinking as to what happened at the function.
Abhir confronts Khushi and asks her not to create a fuss about what happened at the music launch. Abhir tells Khushi that people forget things very quickly and she should not think about it. Khushi takes Abhir in front of her neighbours and asks him to explain to these people that what they saw was not real.
Khushi is surrounded by a few thugs and they do not let her go. At the same time, Abhir shows up in the scene and decides to help Khushi. Abhir asks the thugs to step away and cause no harm to Khushi. Abhir goes on to say that it is really important for him to keep Khushi safe, if he wants to build his relationship with his father.
Abhir finds himself in a mess when he is forced to marry a girl in the village. He is asked to prepare for the marriage and is pushed into a room, At the same time, Khushi too is asked to get ready for the marriage but she is unaware of the fact that she is about to get married to a stranger by force. Abhir manages to escape the room and he enters Khushi's room in order to save her from the villagers. However, he ends up entering the room just as Khushi is changing her clothes and instantly, Khushi starts to shout at him.
Abhir and Khushi decide to leave the village without making a mistake that would make the village dwellers suspicious of their actions. Just before Abhir and Khushi could board the motorcycle, the village's representative asks Abhir and Khushi to stop. The representative asks Abhir and Khusi as to when they are going to marry each other. Abhir tells the representative that he and Khushi would marry next week.
Abhir and Khushi are readied up get married. After the wedding, Abhir and Khushi decide to leave the village and get back to their homes. While travelling back, Abhir's motorcycle breaks and Abhir begins fixing it. At the same time, Khushi asks Abhir to answer some of her questions. Khushi asks Abhir whether he would follow all the promises he made to her. Abhir assures Khushi that he would certainly follow all the promises made to her.
When Kartik confronts Khushi, he sees Khushi wearing the 'Mangalasutra'. Khushi soon walks by Kartik and hides her 'Managalasutra' from Kartik. When Khushi is just about to leave the scene, Kartik stops Khushi and checks her neck and finds nothing. Later, Abhir shows up at Khushi's house and Khushi asks Abhir as to where his parents are. Abhir tells that his parent are at home and would come here in sometime. Khushi tells Abhir that her father is in the washroom. Hearing this, Abhir immediately hugs Khushi.
Abhir's girlfriend brainwashes him against Khushi and says that the women these days play with boys very well and Khushi has been doing the same with him. Abhir watches Khushi from his balcony as she leaves his house. At the same time, Abhir's father reaches home and spots Khushi. Abhir's father asks Khushi whether she met Abhir or not. Khushi tells Abhir's father that Abhir has discussed with her about her new album launch.
Khushi wakes up from her sleep and is shocked to find her father missing from home. Khushi immediately calls her father up but does not get any response. Meanwhile, Kartik has reached Abhir's house and begins beating him up. At the same time, Kaamini is able to call the police, who arrest Kartik. Kaamini also tells Kartik that he would have to pay big price for the actions he has committed against her son.
Khushi reaches Abhir's house and begins dismantling and throwing objects here and there. Seeing this, Abhir's mother confronts Khushi and tries to control her but Khushi pushes away Abhir's mother. It is when Abhir raises his voice and confronts Khushi. Khushi grabs Abhir's shirt and begins crying before him saying that it is because of him that her father is in lockup today.
The neighbors of Khushi and Kartik talk ill about her character and asks Kartik and Khushi to leave the city. Khushi tells her neighbors that neither she nor her father would leave the city under any condition. Meanwhile, Abhir's father scolds him and asks him to correct his mistake and bring Khushi back home. Pratap also warns Abhir saying that he would disown him, if he does not correct his mistake.
Abhir invites Khushi to a place where he apologizes to Khushi for all the mistakes he has committed against her. Abhir accepts his mistakes and asks Khushi to forgive him and move on with her life. Abhir offers a huge sum of money to Khushi and also some property papers. Meanwhile, Kaamini confronts Pratap and tells him that Abhir is going to apologize before Khushi and all the nuisance that was created, will be sorted.
Kartik sees the photograph of Khushi and Abeer which states that Abeer has married Khushi. Khushi is speechless and has no explanation to give. At the same time, Khushi receives a message which states that Abeer loves her a lot. On the other hand, Kaamini confronts Abeer and asks her as to why he is circulating his and Khushi's photographs in the newspaper and what is he planning ahead.
Kartik and Khushi watch the news and learn that Abeer is going to jump off the building if Khushi does not apologize to him. Khushi tells Kartik that Abheer is only playing his cheap game and would never do anything as such. Abeer climbs the building and tells that he would commit suicide if Kushi does not agree to marry him. When Khushi does not arrive to confront Abeer, he jumps of the building.
Abeer and Khushi reach Pratap's house and are warmly welcomed by Pratap. Pratap is also surprised to find Kaamini wearing a saree on this auspicious day when Khushi and Abeer have married each other. Later, Khushi is asked to participate in a ritual where, Kaamini's friends see Khushi and appreciate her. While Kaamini's friends appreciate Khushi, they also criticize her looks.
Khushi speaks of a ritual where the wife wears her 'mangasultra' upside down for an year, in order to bring about a change in her husband. Khushi goes on to wear the 'mangalsutra' upside down but Abeer walks away disinterested. Next morning, Abeer gets irritated when he listens to Khushi praying. Further, Khushi insists on getting the blessings of Aber's mother but Abeer's mother refuses to bless Khushi. however, Abeer's father blesses Khushi. Later, Khushi goes on to wake Abeer.
Khushi reaches home and Karthik asks her about Abeer, who has not accompanied her. Later, Khushi calls up Abeer and asks her to join her for the after-marriage rituals but Abeer seems disinterested in the same. Khushi, however, acts like all is fine but Karthik suspects something fishy going on. He then calls up Abeer's father and informs him that Abeer has not arrived home for the after-marriage rituals. Will Abeer's father find out that Khushi and Abeer's marriage was an act of compromise?
Pratap asks Abeer to take care of Khushi, who has sprained her ankle. Abeer assures his father that he would do as asked. Just when Pratap leaves the scene, Khushi gets back to her feet and this infuriates Abeer, who abuses Khushi. Khushi asks Abeer to calm down and tells that her game has just begun and there is more for him to accept.
Few thugs enter Abeer's house when the entire family except Khushi are out from home. The thugs get hold of Khushi and it is when Abeer shows up in the scene and fights the thug. While Abeer is busy fighting the thugs, one of the thugs tries stabbing Khushi with a knife. Seeing this, Abhi intervenes and gets stabbed with the knife instead.
After giving blood to Abeer, Khushi feels dazed and faints. The doctors attend Khushi and take her to the ICU. Later, Abeer gains his consciousness and starts looking for Khushi. The nurse informs Abeer that Khushi has fallen unconscious after giving more than the required amount of blood to save his life. Abeer is shocked to hear this and decides to meet Khushi
Abeer meets Khushi and tells her that he had always misunderstood her and now wants to repent for what he did with her. Abeer puts sindoor on Khushi's forehead and tells that he wants to call her his wife. He even goes on to tie the mangalsutra around Khushi's neck and states that she is his wife from now onwards
Khushi decides to call Abeer up as he has not met her since a long time. Abeer is working with his father and tells him that he wants to work all night. At the same time, Khushi calls Abeer but the latter does not answer her call. Abeer lies to his father saying that it was his friends calling him. Abeer then asks his father to sleep as he has been working too much. Instead, Pratap asks Abeer to meet Khushi and spend time with her.
As Taai leaves the jail, Kamini puts forward her hand and introduces herself to Taai. Taai refuses to shake hands with Kamini and Kamini starts to fear Taai. Later, Kamini decides to take Taai home so that they can discuss everything there. Taai agrees but asks for a bottle of whiskey first. Later, as Kamini discusses her plan with Taai, she does not seem interested in going back to her criminal way of life as she has not even met Survi until now.
Khushi enters the bathroom and finds a note written by Abeer. The note asks Khusi to freshen up soon as another surprise is waiting for her. Just when Khushi turns the shower on, she finds Abeer standing behind her and saying that even he wanted to get fresh. Meanwhile, Taai has visited Kartik and she is trying to remind him of the death of her children which was caused because of him. Kartik claims to know nothing about Taai's children's death. This infuriates Taai, who decides to kill Kartik.
Taai visits Pratap's house and asks her men to tie Abeer to a chair. Taai begins talking about Khushi and Survi, which Abeer finds confusing. Taai tells Abeer and Kaamini that she is here after fifteen years of serving punishment in the prison. On the other hand, Khushi recalls the times when Taai would treat Survi horribly. Khushi decides to confront Taai and sort the matter.
Taai locks Abeer, Khushi and Pratap up in the room so she could further plan something. Khushi tells Abeer that she scared of Taai. Abeer assures Khushi that he would not let Taai pose any harm to her and would give up his life if he has to in order to save her. Khushi asks Abeer not to talk such things as she has already lost too many of her loved ones. Later, the trio decide to find a way out of the room and Abeer decides to use the window to get out the room and call the police.
Taai brings a map of the bank where Khushi is asked to break in and steal the money. Taai tells Khushi that she would need to carry a gun and while breaking into the bank. Taai also puts a tracker on Khushi's hand and tells her that her location will always be tracked. Taai also warns Khushi saying that she would lose her family if she fails breaking into the bank and stealing the money.
Abeer and Pratap have mixed some drug in Taai's food and hopes that she would fall unconscious after eating it. Just before Taai is about to have her food, she pauses and asks Pratap to eat the food first. Hearing this, Abeer is shocked and decides to prevent his father from eating the food. In the process of defending his father, Abeer also reveals to Taai that he has mixed something in her food.
Khushi returns home with a bag of jewelery in her hand and is about to hand it over to Taai. Taai tells Khushi that now she would begin killing everyone and would leave with this bag of wealth. Khushi tells Taai that before she begins killing people, the police will show up in the scene and will arrest her. Taai immediately grabs the bag from Khushi's hand and escapes. At the same time, the police show up in the scene and claim that they are here to arrest Khushi for bank robbery.
