As her 30th birthday approaches, Naomi is worried that her weight is stopping her from meeting a man, and from being truly happy. She works long hours in therapeutic care homes, is studying for a second degree and hits the gym for a couple of hours a week. She really can’t see where she’ll find time to fit more exercise into her schedule or make decent meals for herself.
