Chase Young is looking for an apprentice. Either Katnappé or Jack will be able to win it. Katnappé has reprogrammed the Warriors' U-bots to be evil. Master Fung informs the Warriors that their new threat is Chase Young, and he must teach the four monks to be deceptive in order to triumph. However, Omi is too trustworthy. After Chase chooses Katnappé to be his apprentice, Jack turns to the Warriors and asks to join the side of good. Omi trains Jack the best he can to release all the evil that is inside of him, but after Katnappé attacks the Temple, Jack takes off with the Warriors' Wu, which tests Omi's trust.

Chase Young ha nombrado a Minina como su nueva aprendiz, juntos se apoderan de la Lanzadera alucinógena. Jack por otro lado, se siente solo ya que fue reemplazado por Minina en el mal y por Robo-Jack en su casa. Omi le dará la mano y desea guiarlo por el camino del bien convirtiéndolo en un monje Xiaolin, pero Jack lo decepcionará robando los Shen Gong Wus. Minina decidirá ayudar a Omi a recuperarlos y así vengarse de Jack. Resultando todo una trapa de la gata para volver a robar los Wus. Omi ya lo tenía previsto, así que utilizó a las versiones robóticas de los aprendices de dragón para detenerla.
Al final todo ha sido un plan maquinado por Chase Young para acercar a Omi al lado Heylin.
