يسافر رجل الأعمال الإماراتي الثري (سعد) في رحلة عمل إلى مصر، لكن تنقلب حياته رأسًا على عقب بعدما تصدمه (شادية) بسيارتها، ليستفيق بعد الحادث ويجد نفسه مقيمًا في منزلها بأحد الأحياء الشعبية، فيحاول الاندماج والتأقلم مع عائلتها وسكان الحي، ويعيش معهم تجربة غير اعتيادية أثناء فترة علاجه.
