Charo is a marine life researcher, who travelled to different places in the Philippines. She meets an old man in Tawi-Tawi who gives her an amulet that she soon believes gives her protection. She puts her faith on the amulet, which ironically led to a series of misfortunate events in her life. She lost her job, mourned for the death of her father, and acquired hypothyroidism. Consequently, she loses herself and begins to hear voices. Charo then makes the ultimate decision to burn her most prized amulet when a friend advised her to throw it away. Charo's condition worsens and she is slowly engulfed in a world of unknown voices that only she can hear. She only finds solace in making songs out of the voices she hears in her head which her elder sister, Manay Jean is against, thinking it will only worsen Charo's condition. Will Bela be left alone by the amulet and the voices she hears? Will Manay Jean be able to come to terms with the song compositions from the unknown voices only her sist
