    When donuts spelling the word SCRUMPTIOUS disappear from the bakery, Baker Graham is distraught because nothing in town can taste good until the word scrumptious is found. Luckily, the Word Detectives are on the case. Gabby and Sly question Athlete Glory and Vet Wilder to solve this Word Mystery and get scrumptious back where it belongs.

    The word LETHARGIC has been taken from Reporter Read's Word of the Day calendar and everyone in Wordsville has become so energetic that they're hyper. Word Detectives Gabby and Sly interview the suspects, Scientist Cosmo and Athlete Glory, to crack this case and get everyone's energy levels back to normal.

  • S01E03 The Case of the Soothing Solution

    Scientist Cosmo had been working on a new SOOTHING machine that is designed to make you feel calm. But now, the machine's missing and everyone in town feels agitated. It's a Word Mystery. Word Detectives Gabby and Sly talk to Singer Melody and Artist Clay to find out what happened. In the end, they discover that being irritated, can make you irritating.

    Singer Melody asked everyone in Wordsville to learn a dance for her new music video but when her CHOREOGRAPHY disappears, no one can do the dance. The Word Detectives question the suspects Reporter Read and Vet Wilder. They uncover the culprit didn't want to do a choreographed dance, but they did want to choreograph a plan to take the word.

The Word Detectives call the suspects, Scientist Cosmo and Artist Clay, and investigate this Word Mystery by using only statements and observations.

    The Fire Station's bear mascot with the word CONFIDENCE sewn on its uniform is gone and now everyone in town is insecure. Gabby and Sly talk to Baker Graham and Athlete Glory, who were doing fitness tests with Firefighter Ember to become volunteer firefighters. The Word Detectives uncover who needed the confidence bear most and solve the mystery.

    Someone has stolen Artist Clay's sleep mask with the word SLUMBER on it and now the whole town of Wordsville is unable to sleep. The Word Detectives decide it's the perfect opportunity for a virtual sleuthing slumber party. Gabby and Sly narrow down Singer Melody and Vet Wilder as their suspects and figure out who wanted to stay up the most.

    Firefighter Ember's CAUTION sign has disappeared, and now accidents are on the rise all over Wordsville because no one is being very cautious, or careful. The Word Detectives question Athlete Glory and Vet Wilder, who both visited the Fire Station. In the end, Gabby and Sly discover that being cautious is a responsibility that everyone should share.

    When Reporter Read's notebook with the word SERIOUS emblazoned on the front goes missing, so does the word serious. Now nobody in Wordsville can take anything seriously.     Baker Graham's CELEBRATION cake is gone and there's nothing to celebrate in Wordsville until it's found. Firefighter Ember and Artist Clay are the suspects. Thanks to Gabby and Sly the word celebration soon returns to Wordsville, and along the way the townspeople learn that celebrations can be big or small.

    Someone has swiped Vet Wilder's FEEDBACK box and now nobody in town can give criticism or share their opinion. As the last people to see the box, Reporter Read and Baker Graham are the suspects. While working on the case, the Word Detectives discover that while feedback can sometimes be hard to hear, the best kind of feedback is constructive.

The Word Detectives narrow it down to Baker Graham and Singer Melody as their suspects and, in the end, uncover that what's truly astonishing is friendship.

    Singer Melody's ALTER label has mysteriously disappeared and now nothing in town can be changed, adjusted, or modified. Scientist Cosmo and Baker Graham are the suspects. Fortunately, the Word Detectives realize that, while neither suspect is a big fan of change, one of them doesn't like it enough to make sure nothing at all can be altered.

    After Artist Clay's UNIQUE sculpture is swiped, everything and everyone becomes ordinary, dull duplicates of things they've seen before. Word Detectives Gabby and Sly fight their sameness and question Firefighter Ember and Singer Melody, their suspects. In the end, the Word Detectives discover that the pressure to be unique can sometimes be too much.

The Word Detectives soon uncover that the culprit didn't want anything to get in the way of having a good time, not even something scorching hot.

    Vet Wilder's INSTRUCTION pamphlet for his pet care classes has disappeared and now no one in Wordsville can instruct, guide, or teach anyone. The Word Detectives talk to Singer Melody and Scientist Cosmo and discover that Vet Wilder gave both suspects a lot of instruction. Which motivated the culprit, who prefers to figure things out on their own.

  • S01E30 The Case of the Not So Sly

    When Sly's jacket with his name on it gets swiped, the word SLY goes with it, leaving everybody less clever and more foolish. The Word Detectives bumble their way through interviews with the suspects, Firefighter Ember and Scientist Cosmo. Eventually revealing that the motive for taking Sly's jacket was, in fact, to make him a little less sly.

    Reporter Read's DEBATE banner has been taken and now everyone in town is agreeing on everything. The suspects are Firefighter Ember and Vet Wilder, who were debating live on television. Through their investigation, the Word Detectives uncover that a big public argument isn't for everyone, some people like private conversations for a healthy debate.

  • S01E32 The Case of the Moderation Mishap

    When Athlete Glory's timer with the word MODERATION on it goes missing, everyone in Wordsville loses self-control as they indulge in extravagantly excessive behaviour - including the Word Detectives. Vet Wilder and Artist Clay are the suspects. They both had their reasons to take the timer, but, in the end, the culprit is the one who needed a break.

  • S01E33 The Case of the Rational Explanation

    When Reporter Read's RATIONAL paperweight is stolen, everyone becomes irrational. Even worse, since they were the last ones in the newsroom, Gabby and Sly are the suspects. Reporter Read turns to Singer Melody and Baker Graham to solve the mystery and be Word Detectives. Luckily, Gabby and Sly manage to fight their irrationality to crack the case.
