The young Kenta Hirono dreams of being a superhero, such as those in law the deeds comics or those which he himself invents and designs. Kenta has even created a true swimsuit champion of justice, being baptized with the name "Wingman". Then one day fate brings together the lovely Aoi Yume, princess of the kingdom of dreams Botorem, who has with him the magical "dream notes", a block from the clipboard with the power to make reality whatever is drawn into it. Kenta decides to make his dream of becoming reality thanks to Wingman "dream notes", and together with Aoi and his childhood friend Miku, they decide to save us from the wicked Botorem Rimeru, whose ultimate goal is to take possession of their "dream notes" . And while it is committed to saving Botorem, Kenta will also have to make a decision on who among Miku Aoi and want to have at your side forever.

Kenta Hirono ( David Duchemin en VF ) est un lycéen qui aime les histoires de super-héros. D'ailleurs, il a inventé un personnage, Wingman, en lequel il aime se déguiser à l'école - ce qui n'est pas du goût de tous le monde. Un jour, il voit tomber du ciel une jolie jeune fille qui répond au nom de Aoi ( Elise en VF ) qui met à sa disposition un étrange cahier. La première chose qui vient à l'esprit de Kenta est de dessiner sur ce cahier son personnage, Wingman. A peine a-t-il fini son esquisse, qu'il se retrouve soudainement dans la peau de ce dernier!
Dès lors, Kenta va pouvoir incarner Wingman avec de vrais pouvoirs et ainsi protéger Aoi contre Rimel, le tyran du monde dont vient Aoi.
Il giovane Hirono Kenta sogna di poter essere un supereroe, come quelli di cui legge le gesta sui fumetti o quelli che egli stesso inventa e disegna. Addirittura Kenta si è creato un vero e proprio costume da paladino della giustizia, battezzandosi col il nome di "Wingman". Poi un giorno il destino gli fa incontrare la graziosa Yume Aoi, principessa del regno dei sogni Botorem, che ha con sé il magico "dream note", un blocchetto degli appunti dotato del potere di far diventare realtà qualunque cosa venga disegnata in esso. Kenta decide di rendere realtà il proprio sogno di diventare Wingman grazie al "dream note", ed insieme ad Aoi e alla sua amica di infanzia Miku, decidono di salvare Botorem dal malvagio Rimeru, il cui fine ultimo è impadronirsi proprio del "dream note". E mentre è impegnato a salvare Botorem, Kenta dovrà anche prendere una decisione su chi fra Miku e Aoi vuole avere per sempre al proprio fianco.
中学一年生の広野健太は、落ちこぼれだけど自由奔放で快活な少年。自ら考えたヒーロー・ウイングマンのコスチュームに着替えて、学校の平和を守ると称しては、ドジばかりを繰り返していた。ある日、彼のもとにアオイと名乗る不思議な美少女が現れる。彼女はどうやら、悪の手を逃れて異次元からやって来たらしい。その日から、健太の毎日は一変した。願ったことを描き込めば現実化するというドリムノートを手に入れ、正義を守る本物のヒーローに変身したのだ！ 次々と現れる刺客や、悪の帝王リメルとの闘い。そして、健太に秘かに想いを寄せるクラスメイト・美紅を交えて、笑いとお色気に満ちた三角関係が繰り広げられてゆく。波瀾万丈な日々の中で、健太の心の中にも、次第に本物のスーパーヒーローの魂が育ってゆく！
