作家雨果把干邑讚譽為神仙飲用的甘露,得到如此美名,當然非同凡嚮。BOSCO和WILSON參觀Louis Royer(路易老爺)的酒廠,了解到原來生產一瓶干邑佳釀,殊不簡單,要經過雙重蒸餾法,選取中間「酒心」部份來釀造。而酒桶在釀酒中,也會影響到酒的味道,用作陳年干邑的橡木桶,只會用特朗賽(Tronçais)和利穆贊(Limousin)兩種木,並只會選擇樹心和樹皮之間的木來做橡木桶。 BOSCO和WILSON在酒桶工場,從中窺探當中秘密。繼而走訪著名餐廳,品嚐完美的法國菜和甜品。
