電台DJ葉梓恩因一宗意外，重遇年少時一起夾Band的好友劉俊雄、宋以朗和鄭振軒。這次重遇不單讓他們憶起十八年前夾Band的青葱歲月，還勾起了多年來各人努力隱藏的沉痛回憶，梓恩怨恨他們當年在登山意外時沒有救回男友家明的性命，以致自己在感情世界中跌宕迷失，無法走出困局，三位好友一邊心疼著梓恩，另一邊在各自的現實生活中掙扎求存，四人連同身邊人因著一個心結，捲進了錯綜複雜的感情漩渦中，等候救贖……
