剧集讲述主角刘俊雄（林保怡、罗钧满饰）、宋以朗（陈豪、杨潮凯饰）、郑振轩（黄德斌、梁证嘉饰）1992年攀登雪山时遇上意外，为求生存，只好把重伤的朋友许家明（张景淳饰）杀害充饥，三人事后带着自责，设法逃避这件事，而许家明女友叶梓恩（佘诗曼、蒋家旻饰）则放纵自己掩饰伤痛。四人在18年后的2010年重遇，而许家明的死亡真相亦告曝光，众人关系与命运出现戏剧性变化。
