While vacationing Down Under, the mystery-solving quintet decides to head into the Australian outback to take in the sights and a rock festival competition held at Vampire Rock. But, of course, that is not to be. "Vampires" have been swooping down from the craggy cliffs and abducting the talent, forcing the detectives to go undercover as a rock band.
Daphne's uncle sends the gang to Costa Rica for the opening of a museum exhibit on dinosaurs. When our heroes meet archeologist Melbourne O'Reilly, he reveals the legend of a dinosaur-spirit who's supposed to get revenge on anyone who disturbs these bones. So when the gang sits down to enjoy a new 3-D dino-film in the museum's theatre, it's not that surprising when the dinosaur jumps off the screen -- and into the audience. It's up to the gang to figure out who's really "behind this devastating dinosaur disaster."
Shaggy & Scooby are on the run! After Velma wins a contest for the best invention (a robotic dog) the gang gets to travel to Tokyo, Japan. When a mystical person zaps a pizza with a growing spell and Shaggy eats it! Shaggy starts to grow whenever he goes to sleep and he starts eating everything in sight. Now the gang are running around Tokyo trying to get away from the police who want to put Shaggy in jail.
The gang visits a state fair in order to see all the inventions "of the future." But they get more than they bargained for when they set their sights on a "House of the Future," which is allegedly haunted. Things seem pretty normal within... until Daphne mysteriously vanishes. Is it two prankster kids, a reality TV personality, the creator of the gadgets or the high-tech house of horrors itself that's responsible for the strange goings-on?
The Scooby gang travels to an old Transylvanian castle on a rainy night to watch the shoot of the Hex Girls new music video ''Wanna Wed, But I Fled'', but they find out that the band is breaking up, since there's a vampire on the loose. Fred decided go straight to trapping the vampire. They do so, only to discover there's another vampire lurking around, so they go through the whole thing all over again to reveal a surprise twist to this mystery.
In this episode Scooby has to choose between going to a museam or a dog show. He chooses the dog show. While at the dog show they find that a mysterious cat creature is haunting the show. The cat creature appears during the show and while Fred, Daphne, Shaggy and Velma go fight the creature, Scooby protects the 6 pups and the mother. But then dognappers reach them and kidsnapped Scooby and the six pups!
The gang goes to Banning Junction to visit Velma's family for Halloween, but they meet the ghostly robots who try to ruin the festivities. Hopefully they can save the town before the ghost of Hank Banning shows up. Notes: This is the only What's New, Scooby-Doo? episode to contain a laugh track (the entire episode is somewhat of a homage to the original series - hence the laugh track).
The gang visits a Renaissance Fair. Velma is thrilled to see the star of her favorite T.V. show that had been cancelled many years before at the fair. When a dragon begins haunting the festival, the gang is shocked. But when Velma gets kidnapped, Fred, Daphne, Shaggy, & Scooby rush to save her before it's too late.
Scooby and Shaggy befriend a penguin while working at a zoo. When they (as well as Velma, Daphne, & Fred) are invited to join him on a trip back to his home, Antarctica, they find that an ice ghost is haunting the way station there. He even has pushed the head scientist there into the ice. Velma is baffled by the increasing amount of suspects but eventually figures out who the villain is.
Scooby-Doo, Shaggy, and the Mystery Inc. crew travel to Scotland on vacation and find themselves unexpectedly tackling their biggest monstrosity ever: the Loch Ness Monster! Does it really exist? Early evidence suggests a scary "yes" when something gigantic appears outside the window of Daphne's ancestral family castle.
Scooby-Doo and the Gang head to Hawaii for a big surfing contest that is disrupted by the grumblings of a nearby volcano and the disappearance of a surfing hottie. Scooby-Doo and the Gang romp around the jungle, snorkel, paraglide and surf their buns off, as they battle the mysterious appearance of the "Wiki-Tiki," trying to solve the mystery before the volcano erupts.
The Internation Putt-Putt Tourment is treated by its own 18-th hole--and MONSTER-style Clown--but that is good and bad news for Mystery Inc. on the screen. The bad news, the genius of the gang, Velma, has a clown phobia--but good news is that Norville "Shaggy" Rogers is ACTING BRAVE! Holy reservals, Scooby-Doo! Can the gang solve the mystery and get the regular Velma and Shaggy back?
The gang goes to visit the Sacred Six (originally seen in Homeward Hound and Farmed and Dangerous) when they learn that an evildoer called Gold Paw is turning people into gold in order to steal gold. When one of the Sacred Six is gold-ified, the Mystery, Inc. gang needs to solve this case before the other five suffer the same fate!
Archaelogist and super sleuth Velma is in Egypt for the unveiling ceremony of the restored Sphinx - a mysterious mythical creature with the head of a man and the body of a lion - only to discover a hidden tomb belonging to Cleopatra herself! But beware the ancient pharaoh's curse: "The Nile will fall, the desert shall rise and all who dare enter will be turned to stone!"
