Jacob De Graaf's Dutch shipyard is nearly bankrupt, so likely to be bought by rival Max Noordermeer. His wife gets son Marco, a brilliant naval engineer, who always warned they needed to modernize, to return home. Max welcomes his daughter Fleur and astray son Anton, who behind his back uses illegals fro cheap waste treatment.
