Hulu is taking over Halloween and turning it into HULUWEEN! During the month of October they’ll be having their HULUWEEN film fest where they’ve chosen 8 up and coming filmmakers to compete by creating 2-5 minute short films. The prize? Starting funds to create their own full length film that will be available to stream exclusively on Hulu!
