Joe and Junior search yet another town for Jadow. They are shown a sensational new kids' product called a Slugoon, a slug-like creature worn on the head which allows the wearer to do almost anything when given a verbal command. The town's children, as well as Junior, are eventually made victims of mind control via the Slugoons, and become violent against Joe and their parents. Can Joe save the town and his partner?
