Film fan Joe and his girlfriend Silvia go on a date to a movie starring Joe's favorite action cinema star, Captain Blue. During the show, Silvia is literally being pulled through the screen and into Movieland. Joe is also pulled in, where he is forced to battle the minions of Jadow, the organization responsible for Silvia's capture. As things look bleakest for Joe, Captain Blue appears before him, granting Joe a special V-Watch which allows him to transform into a superhero in his own right. With his new powers, Joe pursues Jadow in an attempt to rescue his girlfriend.

ヒーロー好きな青年ジョーと恋人のシルヴィアは久しぶりのデート。ジョーはシルヴィアと往年のヒーロー映画「キャプテン ブルー」を見に行くことにする。ところが、映画は、正義のヒーロー、キャプテン ブルーが、悪の組織ジャドーに倒されて終わってしまった。キャプテン ブルーを倒した大巨人は、スクリーンから手を伸ばし、シルヴィアをつかむと、映画の世界、ムービーランドに連れ去ってしまう。映画館に残されたジョーも、突然スクリーンから現れたキャプテン ブルーのロボ、シックス魔神に連れられムービーランドへ。ジョーが気付くと、そこは今見ていた映画の世界だった。ジョーは、突然悪の組織ジャドーの刺客ジョーカーと、ビアンキーに襲われる。必死に逃げながらも応戦するジョーだが、ビルの屋上に追いつめられ……。
