Take a peek into one of my all-time favorite vegan restaurants: Great Sage in Clarksville, Maryland. Not only is the food amazing (the spinach artichoke dip is to die for), but the atmosphere and the mood of the restaurant is warm, friendly, peaceful, and a fabulous place to bring meat-eating friends. They often have benefits to support Farm Sanctuary and other organizations like PCRM, and have some great videos and bumper stickers available for sale there.
