Following a trip to Spain, Valerie Bertinelli has developed a love of Spanish foods, especially the small plates, or tapas, that the Spaniards do so brilliantly. When her out-of-town friends come to visit, Valerie serves tapas to fuel their nonstop euchre card game competition.
